The California Highway Patrol says the southbound lanes on Highway 101 near Tassajara Creek Rd. are open again as of 12:00 p.m., after a big rig caught fire and leaked fuel early this morning.

Drivers should not experience any further delays, although crews are still cleaning up in the area.

Two southbound lanes of Hwy. 101 were closed at Tassajara Creek Rd.

The CHP had said that traffic was backed up to Atascadero.
