Despite cold lows temps still set for 70s on Thursday

In Dave Hovde's True View 6 forecast video clip tonight, meteorologist Dave Hovde is forecasting 70s for Thursday in the coastal valleys and even mid-70s are possible despite the opportunity for frost overnight.
