Winds of 25 to 30mph near the coast are translating into advisory level winds in the SB County mountains and Southcoast once squeezed thru the passes and canyons. Local gusts of 45mph are possible until 3am.
Marine small craft advisories currently in place will likely turn into gale warnings Thursday and Friday for winds that could reach 35kts.
Outside of the localized winds Wednesday looks to be another mild day for temps near the coast with 60s and 70s in the forecast but mid 90s are expected inland. Cooler on Thursday and Friday as a cold front passes over the region. Slight warming into the weekend.
