Investigators set up tip line for 'Cold Fire'

Santa Barbara County Fire Investigators are asking for the public's help as they look into Tuesday's vegetation fire at the top of the Cold Springs Trail above Montecito.
They have set up a tip line and are asking anyone who was in the area at the time of the fire to give them a call.
The Cold Fire Tip Line number is 686-5061.
