Juvenile to blame for fire at Solvang apartment complex

Santa Barbara County Fire officials say they've figured out what caused a fire in a Solvang apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators believe the fire on Acorn Way was the result of a juvenile who was setting fires in a bedroom. They say the only smoke detector in that apartment unit was disabled before the fire.
No one was hurt in that fire. Crews were able to contain the small blaze to one room.
