Some good news for a Nipomo kids football team disqualified from playoffs.

It looks like they will get a second chance to play again.

The Nipomo Bantam Cowboys were told they were disqualified because one of its player's report cards did not get turned in on time.

On Friday the team raised enough money to participate in the Pigskin Tournament in Las Vegas.

"Since that time the kids really have rebounded and the whole community has rebounded," said Head Coach Michael Garza. "It's unbelievable."

The team will take off Wednesday for the big tournament.
