Not getting enough sleep can have a negative impact on your relationship.
Researchers at the University of California Berkeley had 60 couples keep a sleep diary, then videotaped them while they performed a problem-solving task.
Those who slept the least were also less likely to use words like please and thank you during the task, and did not appreciate their partner's help as much as those who had more than seven hours of sleep.
