  • 9:15 pm - Cal Trans says Hwy 166 will remain closed tonight because of downed power lines
  • 5:23 pm - CHP says Highway 1 in Oceano is no longer flooded and has reopened to traffic.

  • 4:10 pm - Hwy 166 east of Guadalupe still closed after several downed power lines
  • 4:10 pm - Hwy 1 in Oceano still closed after flooding
  • 4:00 pm - Power pole fire closes Hwy 41 at Toro Creek Road in Atascadero
  • 3:15 pm - PG&E repairing downed power lines on S. Mason St. in Arroyo Grande.
  • 2:22 pm - 19 separate power outages in Santa Maria, 500 - 4,999 homes affected.
  • 2:01 pm - Power lines down south of Arroyo Grande at Curtis Pl. and Zenon Way.
  • 2:00 pm - Multiple reports of power lines down in Orcutt, Santa Barbara County Fire responding.
  • 1:45 pm - Eight separate power outages in Arroyo Grande, 500 to 4,999 homes affected.
  • 1:30 pm - Several streets flooded in Los Osos.
  • 12:45 pm - Some businesses on Grand Ave. in Arroyo Grande closed due to power outages.
  • 12:36 pm - Highway 166 is closed between Simas and Bonita School Rd. east of Guadalupe due to fallen power lines.
  • 11:40 am - Tree down in Guadalupe at Pioneer and 2nd.
  • 11:24 am - Power lines in the roadway in Guadalupe at Main and Guadalupe.
  • 11:15 am - Street flooding in Santa Maria at Clark and Broadway.
  • 11:12 am - Highway 1 closed in Oceano at Pershing Dr. and Paso Robles Streets.
  • 11:07 am - Vehicle overturned on southbound 101, 1 mile past highway 58.
  • 10:30 am - Tree into power lines in Atascadero at 14685 Morningside Rd.
