More trouble for developer David Weyrich.

The State Labor Commissioner filed a lawsuit with the Paso Robles Superior Court branch, saying Carlton Hotel Investments, LLC, has failed to pay at least $450,000 in due wages.

The lawsuit outlines the company's history of not paying wages on time, not paying minimum wages, and not paying overtime. Other penalties also apply.

Massive debts have forced Weyrich to foreclose on several other properties on the Central Coast.
