The lawyer for the Templeton accused of driving drunk and causing a deadly accident in San Francisco last week, says he expect all charges in the case to be dropped Thursday.

That crash happened early last Friday morning. The San Francisco Chronicle reports Dwain Davis was driving under the influence of alcohol and crashed into a dump truck. That truck was then pushed into a pedestrian, who died.

But, Davis' lawyer Stuart Hanlon told KSBY News Wednesday he's had the accident reconstructed by an expert and there is no way that Davis' car hit the dump truck. He claims the dump truck actually hit Davis' car first. He also says Davis did not fail any field sobriety tests after the accident, and was never drunk in the first place.
