Cal Fire crews say leaking water from a melted pipe ultimately put out a fire at a restaurant in Cambria Wednesday morning.

The blaze was reported at Mustache Pete's Italian Eatery, located on the 4000 block of Burton Drive, at about 1:30 a.m. and was contained shortly after. According to a spokesperson for the Cambria Fire Department, five to ten thousand dollars worth of damage was done to the structure. Other contents within the restaurant were unharmed.

Crews say the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
