With Christmas just over a month away, one event in San Luis Obispo is helping to make gift giving a little easier this year.
The 34th annual Central Coast Craft Fair and Boutique wraps up Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building in San Luis Obispo.
The two-day event features more than 50 local vendors.
Organizers say it is the largest show on the Central Coast with only hand-crafted items.
Show Promoter Julie Ricks says, "We start a craft show that promotes all our local vendors. People come out and bring everything they've worked so hard on all year, and we're hoping that the community will come out and support local people and buy their Christmas gifts from them."
Participants are also encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy or food item as part of the event's food and toy drive. If participants donate, they will be given an extra door prize drawing slip.
All of the food and toys will be given to KSBY's Season of Hope, the largest food and toy drive on the Central Coast.
The craft fair is held every year on Thanksgiving weekend.
