Local colleges celebrate Constitution Day

The United States Constitution is 226 years old. On this "Constitution Day," local colleges celebrated the signing. It's a Congressional mandate in which schools, from kindergarten through college, must focus on the country's founding document. Both Cuesta and Allan Hancock Community Colleges celebrated Tuesday. Students played games that test their knowledge of our constitutional freedoms. The Constitution was signed 226 years ago, on September 17, 1787.
