It's almost here! High school football kicks off this Friday.

In Santa Maria, some local doctors donate their time to help train and work with players at the games.

KSBY News talks with those generous doctors about why they go above and beyond.

The doctors also discuss some of the new sports medicines out there to help athletes with injuries.

Watch KSBY News tonight at 6:00 for more information on this story.
