An Orcutt family is sharing their emotional story in hopes of encouraging others to join the bone marrow registry. Madelyn Cofield is 15-years-old. The teenager found out she had leukemia in December of 2009.

The good news is she does have a bone marrow donor match. It's her brother but there are many who are still on a waiting list. If a match is not found, it could cost them their life. KSBY's Monica Quintero will have the touching story tonight on KSBY News.
