Local hospital welcomes first Central Coast baby of 2013

First local baby of the new year

There is a new addition to a family here on the Central Coast for the New Year.

The first baby in Northern Santa Barbara County was born at 4:27am Tuesday morning at Marian Medicall Center in Santa Maria. The family welcomes a 5lbs. 9 oz. baby boy into the world.

The first baby in San Luis Obispo County was born at 3:16am Tuesday morning at French Hospital Medical Center in San Luis Obispo. The Estrada family welcomes a 6lbs. 12 oz. baby boy into the world.
