Local inmates will talk to students about jail life and criminal lifestyle misconceptions

Inmates from San Luis Obispo will be talking to some local students about gang involvement and substance abuse this week.

It's part of a new sheriff's teen outreach program called Stop.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the inmates will talk about what life is like in jail, and some of the misconceptions about criminal lifestyles.
