Local parents include yoga in story time

A local couple made it so that story time now includes yoga and a message to live sustainably.
Los Osos parents Karen and Bryan Duggan created a yoga class that is taught through storytelling.
Certified Children's Yoga Instructor Ahmed Fahmy teaches little yogis yoga poses by imitating animals, while gaining interest in the planet by going on a journey to help an endangered species.
The DVD will be available on March 1.
Sunday, February 28, there will be a launch party at Smiling Dog Yoga in San Luis Obispo, from 1 p.m.- 4 p.m., where two free Storyland Yoga classes and healthy food prepared by locals will be offered.
