Local Republicans kicking off fall campaign

With the economy still suffering and more Americans losing faith in President Obama, Republicans have a legitimate chance of taking control of Congress in the November election.
All 435 seats in the House of Representatives are up for grabs as well as 37 senate spots.
Locally, Republican Candidate Tom Watson will try to oust long-time Democratic Candidate Lois Capps for a House seat.
The Santa Barbara County GOP is kicking off the fall campaign season with a Labor Day picnic. We'll talk to them about the Republican momentum heading into November.
