Local rescue crews continue search for missing boater

The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says it's continuing to assist with the search for a missing boater near Vandenberg Air Force Base. The Coast Guard had called off its active search last night.
A spokesman for the Santa Barbara County Fire Department says it sent a helicopter and two rescue swimmers this morning to assist with the search, at the request of Vandenberg Air Force Base.
