The Lompoc Animal Shelter got a whole new look after a major renovation, and Monday, the community is invited to see it.
At 3:30 p.m., a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at the shelter.
Along with the new look, the shelter also has a new name.
It will now be called the La Purisima Animal Welfare Services or LaPAWS.
The project cost $450,000.
