Lompoc man arrested for alleged weapons violation

Police arrested a Lompoc man on Wednesday following a month-long investigation into alleged narcotics and weapons violations.

Lompoc police say Darryl Bowen, 44, was taken into custody at his home on the 100 block of North B Street when officers served a high risk search warrant there.

Bowen faces charges of being a felon in possession of a gun and being a felon in possession of ammunition.
