The Lompoc man convicted of killing a four-year-old boy back in 2009 is expected to learn his fate Thursday morning.
In December, James Lujan was convicted of beating Diego Calles to death back in July of 2009 at a Budget Inn in Lompoc. A jury found him guilty on four of six counts, including second-degree murder. At the time, Lujan was the boyfriend of Calles' mother.
KSBY News is in the courtroom for Lujan's sentencing. We'll let you know what a judge decides, as soon as the information comes in.
