Lompoc Police arrest man they say had large amounts of narcotics in home

Lompoc Police have arrested a man they say had large amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine, and other narcotics in his home.

On Friday, the department's Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a home in the 1700 block of Calle Lindero in the Mission Hills area.

Detectives found over 31 grams of cocaine, over 20 grams of methamphetamine, over 10 grams of suspected powder Heroin, ecstasy, and suspected LSD. Officials also found numerous illegal prescription drugs, cash, packaging, cell phones, a digital scale, and two guns.

Officials estimate the street value of the narcotics at $7,000.

Police arrested 34-year-old Robert William Peterson of Lompoc. He is charged with possession for sale of a controlled substance and possession for sale of methamphetamine.
