If you missed the Octoberfest celebrations last weekend, don't worry because on Saturday is the first Coptoberfest in Lompoc.
The event will include beer tasting and a silent auction designed to raise money for the Lompoc Police Department. All proceeds will go towards buying necessary equipment for the department.
At the event, attendees can enjoy local brews from Bayhawk Ales, Einhorn Beer Company, Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Pismo Brewing Company, Rooney's, Santa Maria Brewing Company, and Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company.
Coptoberfest takes place from 1p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dick Dewees Community Senior Center on Ocean Avenue.
Tickets cost $35 presale, and $45 at the door. Admission is free for designated drivers.
To buy tickets, visit lp-foundation.org.
