Lompoc Police: man arrested for possession of narcotics and firearms

The Lompoc Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team has arrested a man they say was in possession of narcotics and firearms.

Just after 10 p.m. Friday, detectives served a search warrant at a home in the 400 block of South J Street.

Officials say they found 20 grams of methamphetamine, a snub nose .357 revolver, ammunition, packaging, a digital scale, and cell phones.

Police arrested 41-year-old Peter Marin Jr. from Lompoc. He is charged with possession for sale of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
