A 23-year-old Lompoc woman is in jail, charged with making several bomb threats to an air force base in Minot, North Dakota.
The FBI arrested Tiffany Shanice Anderson Thursday, the same day a woman called a base head start center and said she would quote "come to the school and kill all the kids."
The FBI says the calls came from a phone number associated with Anderson.
The agency had been investigating the threats since a woman called the base in early November and said "good luck finding the bomb" to an airman at the base's visitors center.
Investigators believe Anderson was that caller.
Lompoc Police say they also arrested Anderson three times in recent months, one for bomb threats and twice for repeated harassing phone calls.
