Santa Barbara county fire officials say the DUI accident happened just before 11:20 Friday night near the intersection of Blosser and Clark in Orcutt.

21 year-old Damian Coles died Friday night after being taken to the hospital.

Just five years ago, Coles was involved in another fatal crash where he was the only survivor.
At the time, he told KSBY he remembered the speedometer reaching 130 miles per hour just before the crash.

KSBY is trying to speak with Cole's family about the unfortunate series of events. We'll have more on this story tonight at 5 and 6.
