Los Osos man dies in car accident

Peter Fuenger, a 59-year old man from Los Osos was pronounced dead at the scene this morning after his car drifted off Santa Rosa Creek Road. Witnesses saw Fuenger's 1997 Ford Pickup engulfed in flames after it came to a rest in a ditch after driving down an embankment. The California Highway Patrol says no further information is releasable at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
