Man accused in shooting death of his wife expected for preliminary hearing

The San Miguel man accused in the fatal shooting of his wife faces a judge Tuesday morning.
24-year-old John Norris is expected in court for a preliminary hearing that was continued from last month, when he called in sick with the flu.
He's charged with involuntary manslaughter in the July death of his wife, Tasha.
To be fair, Norris maintains the gun went off by accident.
