Man accused of rape, sex with minors allegedly involving students at St. Joseph and Righetti High School

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's office arrest Shane Villalpando for rape and other related charges on April 20.

The Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office filed several felony charges against Villalpando including rape, illegal administration of a drug and unlawful sex with a minor. The incidents allegedly happened between January 28, 2012 and April 13, 2012 and they involved students at St. Joseph's High School and Righetti High School.

Villalpando is currently out of custody after posting bail.
