Man arrested for possession of narcotics for sale

Paso Robles Police say a man is in jail for having narcotics for sale.

Police say on Saturday they pulled over Leonel Sanchez, 49, at a traffic stop and had a K9 unit sniff his car for drugs.

Detectives say the dog located methamphetamine and cocaine hidden in the back seat.

Sanchez also had large amounts of cash on him and in his home.

He was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on three felony charges related to possession of drugs for sale.
