LOS ANGELES (AP) - Authorities have arrested a man in connection with last year's shooting at a North Hollywood synagogue.
The Los Angeles Police Department said 37-year-old Christopher Littlejohn was arrested Thursday in Beverly Hills on suspicion of assault stemming from an incident unrelated to the shooting.
Police spokesman Richard French says officers had been looking for Littlejohn for months in connection to the Oct. 29 shooting at the Adat Yeshurun Valley Sephardic Synagogue.
In that attack, two men were shot in the legs as they arrived for a morning service.
Littlejohn was arrested by Beverly Hills SWAT officers and was being held in that city in lieu of $2 million bail.
