Man freed after nearly 16 years in prison for rape and murder he didn't commit

A Colorado man was freed Monday after spending nearly 16 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
Robert Dewey was convicted of the 1994 rape and murder of Jacie Taylor.
Monday, a judge threw out his conviction and dismissed the case.
