Man has life-threatening injuries after shooting

Police say a Santa Barbara man has life-threatening injuries after he was shot in the abdomen Sunday night in an incident they say did not appear to be gang-related.

Officers found the 39-year-old victim in the 1100 block of Bregante Lane just before 7:30 p.m.

Investigators are not releasing any other information about the crime at this time.
