Man hit and killed by train in Paso Robles identified

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department has identified the man hit and killed by a train in Paso Robles as Bryan Brady, 21.

Investigators believe Brady was laying on the tracks when he was hit around 6:30a.m. Saturday morning.

It's still unclear why he was laying on the tracks.

PRsucks, My cousin Bryan was not "trespassing" on the tracks! As far as our family knows he was knocked unconscious and left on them! We are still looking for answers. I may be sensitive and jumping to conclusions, but that comment made you a total prick in my eyes. This should not have happened to him and there is nothing anyone can do to bring him back, but reading comments where people are saying "he shouldn't have been on the tracks" and "he was probably drunk", God damnit, you people don't know the whole story and it kills me!

I hate how people are argueing over who's was more tragic. Grow up. Both where just as tradgic as the other. it could have been avoided for both of them. BOth where where they shouldnt have been. Both where trespassing. Theres a reason you're not aloud be near the tracks. Besides no one knows what really happened anumbassnis dumbass. I just hope people learn from this. and for those of you bashing on bryan **** OFF. He was the sweetest guy..

I'm not sandy. I don't even know what she said. I wasn't trying to piss anyone off. I was trying to make a point. This is situation is soooo fucked up. SO many amazing people have passed on for no good reason. My point is people need to realize they're not invinsible. I really wasn't trying to piss anyone off. I am very simpathetic..and very sory. and if you cant except the fact that more then one person may have this opinion then just don't read the comments.
