Man killed in crash east of Santa Maria

One person was killed in a car crash east of Santa Maria on Monday.
It happened just after 4:00 PM at the intersection of Foxen Canyon and Dominion Roads.
Officers say a car headed northbound on Dominion failed to stop at the intersection and crashed into the other car.
Both cars ended up in an irrigation ditch.
A 31-year-old man was killed.
A woman and a child survived.
