Santa Barbara County Sheriff's officials say man on probation has been re-arrested.
Officials say Tuesday night they responded to a noise complaint at a home on the 1500 block of Acorn Way in Solvang.
At the home they say found Alan Pugliese, 53, with two kids.
Deputies say due to the terms of Pugliese's probation, they searched his home. Inside they found various items including significant quantities of marijuana, hash oil, THC pills, THC laced chocolate bars, syringes with hash oil, THC infused bottled lemonade and hash oil candy.
They say many of the items were packaged for resale and commercially labeled.
Pugliese was arrested for Possession of Marijuana for Sale and booked into Santa Barbara County Jail on $20,000 bail.
