Man stabbed, then arrested for stalking, domestic violence

A man was stabbed after breaking into the home of his girlfriend early this morning.

Deputies responded to a 911 call of a stabbing at house in the 300 block of Mccarthy Avenue in Oceano. When deputies arrived, they discovered Donald Ralph Juarez with a hunting knife in the right side of his body.

Juarez was released June 11th from county jail after serving time for parole violations.

Juarez then went to visit his girlfriend at her home in Oceano, and discovered she was with another man, 20 year old Cody Alexander Jackson, and the two were involved in an altercation.

Juarez eventually left but then returned early June 12th and broke into the home and began assaulting the woman. Jackson who then proceeded to stab Jaurez in the side.

Juarez was taken to a local hospital with non life threatning injuries. Once he is released he will be booked back into county jail on charges of residential burglary to commit a felony, domestic violence and stalking
