The Santa Barbara County district attorney says a man pled guilty to a felony charge of cutting off his electronic monitoring device.
Steven Kunes was released from jail early because of prison realignment in July of last year.
In August, Kunes cut off his device and ran away.
Kunes was caught in February, six months after his escape.
Kunes will be sentenced to a four years in state prison in June.
