The San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office says ¼ ounce of marijuana was found in a suspicious package delivered to a Nipomo business on Monday.
The T. Simons Company on the 200 block of West Tefft Street received the package at around 1:00 pm. It was marked as being a return; however, employees said they never sent the package.
They called authorities and evacuated the building as a precaution.
The San Luis Obispo County Bomb Squad responded to the scene, and just before 5:00 pm, determined that the package contained marijuana.
