Occasionally smoking marijuana may increase the risk for testicular cancer.
A new study published in the journal Cancer compared marijuana use between testicular cancer patients and a separate group of healthy men.
Researchers found men who had a history of smoking marijuana were two times more likely to have types of testicular cancer that are more likely to be fatal.
Testicular cancer is the most common form of the disease diagnosed in young men.
