Mid-State Fair adds two more bands to summer lineup

Matchbox Twenty and the Goo Goo Dolls will co-headline a concert at the California Mid-State Fair this summer.

The show will take place at 7:30 pm on Sunday, July 21st in the Chumash Main Grandstand Arena.

Both bands hit it big in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Some of Matchbox Twenty's biggest hits include "3 AM" and "Unwell". The Goo Goo Dolls are best known for their hit, "Iris".

Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, March 29th at 10:00 am. Tickets are available at the California Mid-State Fair box office, any ValliTix location, by calling 1-800-909-FAIR, or online at www.midstatefair.com.

The 2013 California Mid-State Fair runs from July 17th through July 28th.

Other headliners include Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, John Mayer, and Huey Lewis & The News.
