The undefeated Mission Prep and Lompoc High football teams remain the top ranked teams in their divisions on Monday after the CIF-Southern Section released its Week 7 football coaches polls.
7-0 Lompoc is ranked #1 in the Western Division followed by Chaminade and Serra. 6-2 Dos Pueblos climbed to #7 this week.
The 7-0 Mission Prep Royals are ranked #1 in the Northeast Division. Rio Hondo Prep, which is 6-1 on the season, is ranked #2.
Winners of six in a row, the St. Joseph Knights stayed at #3 in the Northern Division behind #1 Hart and #2 Palmdale. St. Joseph is a perfect 4-0 in Pac 7 League play.
5-2 Arroyo Grande inched up the poll one spot to #6 this week.
In the 8-man ranks, Coast Union is ranked #5 in Division 1.
Cuyama Valley is ranked #3 and Valley Christian Academy is tabbed #5 in Division 2.
