Women who want to lower their risk for stroke don't need to enroll in a boot camp.
In a study, moderate exercise like walking or playing tennis lowered the chance for stroke by 20 percent.
Researchers studied more than 100,000 women.
They also found exercise lowers the stroke risk for women on hormone therapy.
