Albert Moriarty, the Central Coast businessman charged with embezzlement and fraud, won't be getting out of jail any time soon.
A judge Thursday denied a bail reduction request, so Moriarty will remain in custody at San Luis Obispo County Jail on $5,000,000 bail.
Moriarty has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
He'll be back in court on October 30 for a preliminary hearing.
