Some restaurants claim their menus are healthier than before, but a new study finds there's been very little change.
Researchers examined the nutritional changes of thousands of menu items at more than 200 major restaurant chains between 2010 and 2011. They found there was no overall decline in calories and only a minimal drop in sodium levels.
That's because some chains did make healthy menu changes, others introduced higher calorie and sodium entrees. The average children's meal did not become healthier either.
