Most young Americans are not meeting the physical activity guidelines set by health experts five years ago.
A new report finds that in 2012, only a quarter of 12 to 15 year-olds were getting the recommended one hour of moderate to vigorous exercise each day.
Researchers say the percentage of males who met the exercise guidelines even decreased as their weight increased.
