The Paso Robles motorcyclist involved in a collision with a vehicle near Creston this morning died at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara after being transferred there from Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center.

49-year-old Darrin Moore crashed his motorcycle into a Honda around 7:15 this morning near highway 58 on Route 229. The California Highway Patrol says it appears he came out of a wide turn and may have veered into the other lane. The driver of the Honda was not injured.
