Thirteen separate felony charges were filed Monday against a 40-year-old Santa Maria man arrested twice in a week on allegations of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.
The Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office filed charges of of lewd and lascivious acts, statutory rape and sexual penetration against Clive Decomarmond in connection with two girls referred to in the the criminal complaint as "Jane Does."
Santa Maria police investigators said last week Decomarmond is a suspect in three separate cases and that they think there may be additional cases.
Police said Decomarmond knew the girls and their families. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SMPD at (805) 928-3781.
Decomarmond is scheduled to be arraigned on June 5th.
